Bridgette goes to Disney World!!!

After a long, but pleasant trip, we finally arrived at Disney's Beach Club Resort. Bridgette was so happy to be out of the car! We stayed on the concierge floor- and enjoyed some of the snacks when we arrived.
The first day we went to Magic Kingdom--the rush of walking down Main St. with all the excited people- it was magical! :) OUr official tourguide, Aunt Mal-Mal accompanied us! :) Bridgette's favorite rides were: IT's a Small World, Winnie-the-Pooh, and Philharmagic! She really enjoyed watching all the other children, too. Thank goodness for baby swap too! Neat idea! She was so sweet and wonderful the entire day! We went back to the hotel and got a good nap in, then we went to Disney's Boardwalk to have dinner. YUMMY!
The next day we went to Epcot and really enjoyed walking around the world and looking at so many neat things! Bridgette enjoyed Nemo very much. We got caught in the pouring rain--it was so funny. We went to the German Biergarten for dinner and entertainment! Bridgette LOVED the German band and the kids dancing! We could not peel her eyes away!!

THEN BRI GETS A COLD... :(
The next morning, she awoke with a stinking cold--ON VACATION!! BOOOOO. We took good care of her and did a little shopping in the morning. That made her feel better haha. Then that evening, Aunt Mal-Mal graduated from Stetson University with her MBA! WOW! Bridgette did not want to stay out late that evening, so we returned to our hotel promptly.

TO THE BEACH-
The next day we spent a very fun brunch at Houlihans in celebration of MOther's Day. It was yummy. Then we grabbed Grammy Kay and off we went to the beach. We put Bridgette in her sweet little bikini and slipped her toes into the sand and water. At first, she really appeared to enjoy it--splashing and smiling, but then she abruptly changed and we rushed back to the room. The hotel was very accomodating- and since she didn't feel great- we spent a lot of our time in the room. The several adults took turns keeping her. It was nice. Grammy kept Bri while Trav and I had a lovely dinner out. The next day was MY FIRST MOTHER'S DAY!! Bridgette and Daddy bought me a spa day at a wonderful spa in St. Pete- WONDERFUL--best massage ever!!! We had a nice dinner then early to bed. I wish Bri would have felt better and enjoyed the beach, but it was relaxing for the rest of us!!
After a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG drive home, we had a little squirmy worm on our hands last night. WHEW!! She was wild and VERY happy to be home! Here are some pics to enjoy!
